Mike Collins

Mike Collins is the current Vice President of Services at ChaiOne. Prior to joining ChaiOne, Mike was with ECi Software Solutions as the Manager of Professional Services for M1, their ERP solution for small and mid-sized manufacturing companies. Mike has also held positions at Intelegain Technologies, Blackbaud, projekt202, and Neudesic. Mike started their career in 1995 as a Vice President at Software Architects, Sogeti. Throughout their career, Mike has been responsible for various professional services including project management, consulting services, and training services.

Mike Collins has a graduate certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Texas A&M University - The Bush School of Government and Public Service. Mike also has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Illinois State University. Additionally, they have a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. Finally, they have a certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner.

Mike Collins reports to Gaurav Khandelwal, CEO & Founder. Mike Collins works with Stephen Johnson - Head of Client Partnerships, Fitouri Hnainia - Head of Engineering, and Dominique Fischer - Director of Finance & HR.
