Scott Mannion has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. Scott began their career in 2000 as a Teaching Technology Specialist at The University of Auckland. In 2001, they co-founded Lil' Chief Records, an indie pop label from NZ, and served as the Owner and Managing Director. In 2005, they began working as a Multimedia Designer and Developer for Wendy Pye Publishing, where they eventually became the lead developer. In 2009, they joined CDSM Thinqi as a Front-End Developer and was later promoted to Senior Front-End Developer. In 2021, they became the Front End Lead at Chalkline.
Scott Mannion has a diverse educational background. Scott completed a Graduate Diploma in Multimedia from Auckland University of Technology in 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Audio Engineering and Music Production from the Music and Audio Institute of New Zealand in 1998. Scott also holds a Certificate in Audio Engineering and Music Production from the same institute, which they obtained in 1997.
