Challen Education & Transition Services partners with students, families, and professionals to support meaningful planning for life after high school. We provide individualized transition assessments, coaching, and consultation for teens and young adults with and without disabilities.

Founded by transition specialist Kelley Challen, EdM, CAS our practice is built on the belief that every young person deserves a clear, personalized roadmap to adulthood—whether that includes college, employment, independent living, or community participation. Our services are rooted in evidence-based practices, deep expertise in special education and disability services, and a commitment to practical, real-world outcomes.

We work with families seeking one-on-one support, as well as schools and professionals looking to strengthen transition planning for the students they serve. Services include comprehensive transition evaluations, postsecondary readiness coaching, real-life skill development, parent consultation, and professional training. All services are offered virtually and in-person, depending on client needs.

At Challen Education & Transition Services, we go beyond compliance to help young people build the knowledge, skills, and self-determination they need to thrive in adulthood.
