Kristy Sciberras

Kristy Sciberras is currently the Deputy Ground Operations and Security Manager at Challenge Group, a position held since 2025. They previously served as the Head of Airport Operations at Universal Air and held various roles at Qatar Airways, including Regional Cargo Operations Coordinator and Senior Cargo Operations Agent. Kristy has also worked as a Key Account Manager in Air Logistics at Sterling and as a Passenger Handling Agent at Air Malta. They completed an NCFE in Aviation Operations on the Ground at Sky People Malta in 2014.
