Aaron Combs

Aaron Combs is an experienced Learning & Development Manager at Challenge Manufacturing since April 2015, where responsibilities include facilitating training and growth opportunities through kinesthetic learning and utilizing Cornerstone On Demand as a Learning Management System. Combs also serves as an instructor at the United States Army Command and General Staff College, focusing on the education and development of senior officers. Prior roles include Battalion Commander in the United States Army Reserve, where leadership development and mission accomplishment were paramount, and an Army ROTC Instructor & Recruiter, responsible for creating programs and partnerships across Grand Rapids colleges. Combs began a teaching career in Grand Rapids Public Schools, instructing Spanish-speaking students in a bilingual format. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Curriculum Design and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Grand Valley State University.
