Mary Leonard

Mary Leonard, PMP, is the Senior Director of Business & Finance Operations at Challenger, where they lead contracting functions and manage legal and deal desk operations. Prior to this role, they served as Chief of Staff at Challenger and worked as a Consultant in Sales and Marketing Solutions at CEB. Mary began their career as a Research Assistant at CSR, Incorporated from 2008 to 2011. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, awarded in 2008.
