Rachel Bates

Rachel Bates has extensive experience in revenue operations and sales support, currently serving as Director of RevOps and Director of Sales Operations at Challenger since September 2018. Prior to this, Rachel held various roles at CEB, now Gartner, where responsibilities included managing commercial operations for an $80M+ business line, providing data analytics, and leading a team of coordinators. Rachel's career began at Target as a Customer Service Manager, following an academic background in Economics from the University of Oregon and International Business at CIMBA, further enhancing skills in operational management and data analysis.
