Patrik Jackiewicz

Patrik Jackiewicz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Patrik is currently working at Challengermode as the Head of Partnerships, overseeing the partnership team. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Manager at the same company.

Before joining Challengermode, Patrik served as a Commercial Agent at LDN UTD, where they were responsible for securing sponsorship opportunities and developing partnerships for the organization's CSR events. Patrik played a key role in onboarding Yop Yogurt (General Mills) as a Title Sponsor for LDN UTD's Esports Champs initiative.

Prior to LDN UTD, Patrik held the position of Head Of Business Development & Partnerships at Olvin, where they identified and negotiated partnerships with multi-national brands. Patrik also represented the organization at international events to build new commercial partnerships.

Patrik has also gained experience as a co-founder and director of Those Coffee Shops Ltd, where they managed all administrative tasks related to setting up the limited company. Patrik negotiated lease terms with the landlord and handled daily operations tasks such as rota management and recruiting/hiring staff. Patrik also sourced suppliers and negotiated rates.

Furthermore, Patrik has worked as a Consultant at Gamifly, where they provided expertise and guidance on specific projects. Patrik also worked as a Partnerships Manager at Tamoco, where they sourced and identified new partnerships with mobile app publishers, developed value propositions, and managed partnership onboarding.

Earlier in their career, Patrik was the Head of Northern Europe and an Account Manager at Crowdit Ltd. Patrik also co-founded and served as the COO of Hult International Business School Polish Society, where they represented the organization at events nationwide and collaborated with other Polish student societies.

Patrik's work experience also includes serving as a Sales Associate at MINDBODY, Inc. and as an Office Administration Assistant & Management Intern at Tillberg Design AB.

Throughout their career, Patrik has consistently demonstrated their skills in partnerships management, business development, negotiations, and team leadership.

Patrik Jackiewicz began their education in 2013 at Hult International Business School, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. Patrik successfully completed their degree program in 2016. In 2018, Patrik furthered their education by attending Bayes Business School, where they pursued an MSc in Management. Patrik completed this program in 2019.
