Richard C. has extensive experience in behavior and pastoral support, currently serving at The Abbey School in Farnham since April 2016. In this role, Richard is the first responder to behavior issues and provides emotional and mental support to students in need. Additionally, Richard has been a Deputy Leader for FYA at Challengers since 2013 and has been actively involved in independent artist development and representation at Life Dreams & Beats since January 2012, focusing on brand development and collaboration with artists.
