Tom Capp

Tom Capp has extensive experience in both youth services and technology-related fields. Currently serving as Deputy Manager at Challengers since July 2016, Tom supports the Centre Manager in overseeing a youth center catering to individuals with various disabilities, focusing on staff training and enhancing support for youth and their families. Prior to this role, Tom held multiple positions at Capgemini, including Software Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed database management and client consultation, as well as public speaking to promote apprenticeships. Additional experience includes an IT Technician role at Cilix Limited and early employment as a Crew Member at McDonald's Corporation. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Reading and an extended diploma in IT from Alton College.
