William Parker

William Parker has extensive experience in the field of education and educational consulting. William currently works as the Principal Coach at Parker Educational Consultant since 2020. Prior to that, they were a Subcontractor at Shultz Consultants in 2019. William also held the position of Vice President of Community Development at ChallengeU in 2017. William has also worked as a Subcontractor at Mgt-Sys Consultants Ltd. in 2017. William's experience includes being a Principal Coach at Richmond Public Schools in 2017 and a Keynote Speaker in the Career & Technical Education Department at Henrico County Public Schools in 2016. William has also presented at Virginia Commonwealth University as a Presenter in 2014 and as a Principal Coach from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, William was an Academic Review Panel Member at the Virginia Department of Education from 2012 to 2013. William has also conducted workshops as a Workshop Presenter at Rappahannock Community College in 2013.

William Parker earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Virginia Union University, graduating in 1975. William later pursued a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at Virginia Commonwealth University, completing their studies in 1984.
