Jaimie Cohen

Jaimie Cohen is an Executive Search Recruiter and Consultant with nearly two decades of experience in communications and marketing. In the past, Jaimie served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at TechEquity Collaborative, where they led initiatives to address economic inequity and successfully supported the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act in California. Currently, Jaimie is a Director of Executive Search Consulting at Patino Associates, focusing on building inclusive leadership teams and advising on organizational design and change management. Jaimie is also pursuing a Master of Urban Planning at the University of Michigan and holds a BS in Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington.
