Matt Knapp is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the SaaS and education technology sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member, Advisor, and Fractional CEO/CRO at lido.group since December 2016, Matt provides strategic guidance to founder-led companies and has held board positions in various ventures, including SchoolPass and PeerPal. Co-founding and leading SmartCare as CEO from June 2017 to September 2019, Matt significantly expanded the company's SaaS customer base. Previously, as CEO of Smart Tuition at Blackbaud from October 2013 to January 2017, Matt drove substantial revenue growth and facilitated the integration of Smart Tuition with Blackboard. Matt's career also includes key roles at FACTS Management Company, Presenter.com, CCH, Follett, and Dale Carnegie Training, highlighting a strong background in sales and management since graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Samford University in 1996.
