Chamber 20A is one of the oldest and most critically acclaimed chamber sets in the Supreme Court of India and it was set up in 1958 by Late D.P. Singh (Bar-at-Law, Senior: 1972). 

Alumni include a Supreme Court judge, numerous cabinet ministers at the central level, several members of parliament, government law officers, multiple senior counsels, several advocates on record and numerous counsels. 

It is currently headed by Mr. Gopal Singh, an attorney with nearly 40 years of experience at the bar. The head of chambers has also been elected as President of the Supreme Court Advocates on Record Association. 

Members of the chamber set are fluent in Hindi, Urdu, Dogri, Kashmiri and Punjabi.
