John D. Fields

John Fields is an associate attorney in the Tax Planning & Business Transactions group. John has experience helping clients handle business and tax issues associated with owning, operating, and transferring a business. Prior to joining Chamberlain Hrdlicka, John worked for a business law firm and as General Counsel for a financial services company based in Houston. John received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and his B.B.A. from the University of Houston.
