Wayne A. Risoli

Wayne Risoli is the Associate General Counsel for Chamberlain Hrdlicka. Mr. Risoli is a former Managing Shareholder.

Mr. Risoli's practice centers on business litigation matters including securities law, business torts, and trademark law. One of Texas' most successful litigators, in his 20-year career he has never lost a trial. Mr. Risoli represents brokerage houses and registered investment advisors, wealthy families, and companies of all sizes in matters involving broker fraud, noncompliance, NASD claims, and business torts. He also represents families and executors in probate litigation. Mr. Risoli is a former Chairman of the Litigation Section at the Firm.
