Eric Kaulfuss

Eric Kaulfuss is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development with extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement, and compliance. Currently serving as Director of Talent and Employee Engagement at Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C., Eric oversees various HR functions, including employee relations and benefits management. Previously, Eric spent 25 years at Cigna, where roles included Organizational Development Senior Consultant, Manager of Future Learning Design, and Talent Acquisition Director, successfully managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading innovative learning solutions. Eric's educational background includes a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
