John Jackson

John Jackson is an experienced attorney with a career spanning several decades, currently serving at Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel since 1996. In this role, John specializes in representing defendants in complex multi-party patent litigation related to both polymer science and computer programs for websites. Notable achievements include successfully settling a patent infringement lawsuit for a patent owner concerning heavy machinery, securing injunctive relief and a favorable settlement for a specialty carpet manufacturer in a trademark infringement case, and obtaining the dismissal of patent infringement claims related to specialty bows. Prior to this, John practiced at Luther, Anderson, Cleary from 1989 to 1996. John holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
