Frederik Questier

Frederik Questier is the Founder of the Open Patent Office, a Professor at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Head of Educational Innovation and Educational Service Center, and an Educational Technology Expert. Frederik is also an International ICT Consultant for VLIR-UOS, governments, universities, and more. Additionally, Frederik is a Co-founder and Research and Innovation Director at the Chamilo Association. Frederik has a background in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Academic Teacher Training.
