Our Process:

* Talent search and selection:
Using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Talent
search and in-house candidate network,
role descriptions will be advertised with
appropriate documents prepared for
selection.

* Shortlisting strong candidates:
Initial enquires and application
acknowledgments followed by candidate
shortlisting, of no more than 3-4
candidates, to prepare for first-round
interviews.

* Interviewing
I will conduct first-round interviews to
ensure that the best candidates are
brought forward to you for second
interviews. I will also conduct verbal
reference checks.

* Finalisation of role
Once we have decided on a great match,
I will assist with any negotiations for the
successful candidate and notify any
unsuccessful applicants.
