Charmaine Browne

Charmaine Browne has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Charmaine is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Champion Data since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Buildxact as the Vice President People Experience from November 2021 to December 2022, and as the People Advisory Lead (Global) from April 2021 to November 2021. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Head of People at Jellis Craig. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Collingwood Football Club, including General Manager People & Culture from October 2016 to September 2017, General Manager HR (Football) & Compliance from August 2011 to October 2016, and Snr HR Business Partner from July 2010 to August 2011. Charmaine also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Gadens Lawyers from July 2009 to May 2010, and as a Training & Staff Resources Officer from June 2007 to June 2009.

Charmaine Browne has completed a Grad Dip in Human Resource Management from Deakin University. Charmaine also holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from AOT. Additionally, they have earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from La Trobe University.
