Leandre Waldo

Leandre Waldo has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within higher education and healthcare communications. At Champlain College from 2014 to 2021, Leandre served as Chief of Staff, alongside roles focused on client and media relations and services. Following this, Leandre held the position of Chief of Staff at Saint Michael's College from February 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included close collaboration with the College President and faculty to navigate significant institutional transitions. Prior to this, Leandre was the Director of Communications & Engagement at The University of Vermont Health Network - Home Health & Hospice, enhancing organizational operations through strategic planning and relationship building. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Marketing, Communications, and Development at Vermont Technical College, where Leandre significantly advanced the college's brand and online presence. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Nonprofit Management from The Heller School at Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Hamilton College.
