Jonathan Breen

Jonathan Breen, CPA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Finance at Champlain Housing Trust, a position held since October 2016, with prior roles in property accounting and as a senior accountant. Prior to this, Jonathan was employed at Davis & Hodgdon Associates CPAs from January 2012 to September 2016, where responsibilities included supervising associate accountants and leading audit engagements. Additional experience includes a tenure as a Staff Accountant II at Cota CPA, PC, and as Assistant Controller at W.S. Badger Company, where significant achievements in reducing bad debt expenses and ensuring compliance were noted. Early career roles featured positions with Outward Bound USA and The Chewonki Foundation, focusing on leadership and educational initiatives. Jonathan holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Franklin Pierce University and a BA in Music with a minor in Comparative Sociology from the University of Puget Sound.
