Champlain Toxicology Lab is a small business; dedicated to bringing quality science, strong relationships and meaningful support to addiction treatment programs and primary care offices in upstate New York and Vermont.

CTL's full-service, state of the art clinical laboratory is located on Veterans Lane in Plattsburgh, NY.  All testing is processed in-house by experienced staff who treat each and every sample with the upmost care and respect.  

Champlain Toxicology's core belief is in the power of analytical science and toxicology.  CTL is always expanding our testing menu to stay competitive and current with community trends of substance use.  

Following science, Champlain Toxicology prioritizes relationships.  CTL provides accessible HUMAN support to address questions and empower providers and clinicians.  CTL strongly believes that the integration of support is crucial to assist providers in making confident decisions.  

Finally, our goal is to immerse ourselves with the community and join in the movement of recovery; to be a driving force in the collaboration of physicians, clinicians, providers and those in recovery.
