Tim McGuire has a diverse work experience in the architecture and design field. Tim started their career as the Director of Engineering at Isolation Technologies, where they were responsible for designing new products and manufacturing existing ones. Tim then worked as the Branch Manager at Pike Personnel Services, overseeing customer accounts. Tim later became a Project Manager at Alberti & Associates, specializing in retail store development and managing large retail client accounts. Tim also worked as an Architectural Designer/Project Manager at Veazey Parrot Durkin & Shoulders, where they collaborated with architects, engineers, and clients to develop concepts and designs. Tim then joined Precept Design as a Project Architect/Project Coordinator, overseeing the design and development of construction documents. Tim further expanded their skills as the Owner of McGuire Architectural Services before becoming an Architect's Assistant at Indiana University, where they managed university projects and worked closely with clients to assess their needs and develop design intentions. Currently, Tim is employed as a Project Manager at Champlin Architecture.
Tim McGuire attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2012 to 2016, majoring in Fine Arts, Photography, and Art History at the Herron School of Art & Design. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, they also studied at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, focusing on Mechanical Engineering. Tim completed their high school education at Pike High School from 1977 to 1981. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Artist at Work: Complementary Colors" from LinkedIn in January 2021.
