Steven Hayden

Steven Hayden is an experienced Bar Manager at Champps since July 2013, with a prior role as General Manager at The Drafting Room from August 1998 to July 2013. In the position at The Drafting Room, Steven was responsible for human resources for front-of-house staff, overseeing staff training programs, managing the purchasing and cost control of liquor, beer, and wine, and implementing a banquet and party menu program. Additionally, Steven planned and executed beer and scotch themed dinners, handled all off-premise catering events, and introduced a monthly "Charity Night" to support local chapters. Steven graduated from Wissahickon Senior High School between 1999 and 2002, earning a degree in General Studies.
