The firm has a deep passion and fascination for company law and has of the beginning of this year 2025 commenced a series of lectures to mark 60 years of company law since the Companies Act 1965 before it was repealed in 2016. Amongst the topics to be covered are the vulnerability of directors to ESG claims, failure by directors to act in the best interest of the company and many issues relating to insolvency and the liquidation
