CHANCE is a European and transnational network of civil society actors committed to preventing and countering organized crime and systemic corruption through community engagement, civic education, and international cooperation.

We believe that tackling criminal networks requires more than law enforcement: it takes shared responsibility, social justice, and active citizenship. That’s why CHANCE brings together practitioners, youth workers, educators, activists, researchers, and organizations who are building safer and more democratic societies from the ground up.
