CHANCE is a European and transnational network of civil society actors committed to preventing and countering organized crime and systemic corruption through community engagement, civic education, and international cooperation.

We believe that tackling criminal networks requires more than law enforcement: it takes shared responsibility, social justice, and active citizenship. That’s why CHANCE brings together practitioners, youth workers, educators, activists, researchers, and organizations who are building safer and more democratic societies from the ground up.

Our action areas include:
• Youth empowerment and civic education
• Local prevention and social resilience
• Cross-border advocacy and policy monitoring
• Cultural tools for memory and justice
• Strategic networking and capacity building

CHANCE connects local realities and European institutions, bridging the gap between grassroots efforts and policymaking. We amplify the voices of those affected by criminal violence, marginalization, and institutional neglect – and promote bottom-up solutions rooted in participation and care.

From Italy to the Balkans, from Brussels to West Africa, CHANCE is growing as a space for dialogue, learning, and collective action.
