Justin Risch is a talented and experienced individual who has held various roles in talent acquisition and human resources throughout their career. Currently, Justin serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at multiple divisions of Chancelight Education, where Justin leads recruitment efforts and establishes partnerships with colleges and universities. Prior to this, Justin held leadership positions at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and Universal Orlando Resort, demonstrating their expertise in strategic sourcing and recruitment processes. With a background in hospitality management, Justin has a strong foundation in employee training, team leadership, and operational oversight.
