Mike Walker

Mike Walker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Industrial and Logistics sector. Currently serving as Development Director at Chancerygate since January 2015, Mike Walker leads efforts to secure new sites for speculative development in the North West and North of the UK, while also pursuing value-add Industrial Investments in the Northern regions. Prior to this role, Mike Walker was a Senior Director at CBRE, where Mike headed the North West Industrial & Logistics team from January 2011 to December 2014. Additionally, Mike Walker was the Director and head of the Manchester Office at Colliers International UK plc from 2005 to 2011, overseeing the Industrial & Logistics Agency.
