Rob Watts is an experienced Development Manager at Chancerygate, the UK’s largest multi-unit urban logistics property developer and asset manager, where Rob has worked since October 2021. Previously, Rob held the position of Associate Director at Avison Young from January 2018 to October 2021, and served as Senior Surveyor at GVA UK from December 2015 to December 2017, both specializing in industrial agency. Earlier roles include Chartered Surveyor at CPBigwood and a summer work experience as a Commercial Assistant at the same firm. Rob began the professional journey with work experience at Curry and Partners LLP, focusing on Residential Service Charge Management. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Real Estate from Birmingham City University between 2009 and 2012.
