Noelle Devlin

Noelle Devlin is a visionary senior HR leader with extensive experience across multiple human resources functions. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Chandos Construction, they previously held the position of VP of Human Resources for the City of Edmonton, where they led a high-achieving team and drove strategic workforce planning. Noelle has also served in various executive roles within the Government of Alberta, contributing to employment policy and talent acquisition. They hold an MBA from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the University of Alberta, along with the designation of Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
