Wayne Gustafson

Wayne Gustafson is a Project Director at Chandos and the Owner of Mathan Consulting, bringing over 25 years of civil and municipal engineering, project management, and governance experience. Wayne's career includes serving as Vice President of Business Development at Williams Engineering International, where they managed a Joint Venture focusing on steel building solutions in post-earthquake Haiti. They have also held senior roles in public sector engineering management, including Engineering Services Manager for the City of Red Deer.
