Mike Wiley

Mike Wiley has over 25 years of experience in the staffing and technology industries. Mike began their career in 1994 as a Technical Recruiter for Teksystems - Allegis Group. In 1995, they became the Director of Operations and Business Development at Aerotek - Allegis Group, where they were responsible for managing performance of multiple brands and service lines throughout branches. In 2003, they joined FMMC, Inc. as VP of Sales (Managing Partner) and successfully drove revenue for the newly formed division from $0 to $180m within 18 months. In 2005, they became Chief Executive Officer at McGrath Systems, a Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Solutions firm. Lastly, in 2006, they joined Chane Solutions as Chief Executive Officer, an Accredited technology leader providing Background Screening, Occupational Health and Credentialing solutions.

Mike Wiley attended Germantown Academy from 1985 to 1990, where they received their High School degree. Mike then attended Drexel University from 1990 to 1992, studying Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering. Mike Wiley continued their education at Saint Joseph's University from 2000 to 2004, studying Organizational Leadership.
