Beth Citron

Beth Citron currently serves as the Senior Group Director of Employee Relations at CHANEL since July 2024. Prior to this role, Beth was the Global Head of Employee Relations at WPP from January 2023 to December 2023, where responsibilities included designing the Global Employee Relations function for a large multinational organization. From January 2014 to January 2023, Beth held the position of Senior Director, Head of Global Employee Relations at Tiffany & Co., overseeing a team and managing comprehensive employee relations tasks. Earlier experience includes serving as Director, Head of Global Employee Relations at Thomson Reuters and as Employment Counsel, advising on various employment law matters. Beth began the career as an attorney at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. Beth holds a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and a BBA in Communications from Emory University.
