Debbie Mannas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Talent and Capability Development for CHANEL in Hong Kong and Macau since December 2023, Debbie leads Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Management. As the Founder and CEO of Regeneration Media and Entertainment Ltd since June 2020, Debbie launched the first magazine aimed at girls and young women to inspire informed choices. Previously, from July 2017 to June 2023, Debbie held the position of Head of Organisation Development and Talent at Sun Life, overseeing the organization's development and talent strategies across Asia.
