Emma MacArthur

Emma MacArthur is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and employee relations, having held prominent positions at leading companies. At CHANEL, Emma served as the Head of HR Operations from July 2017 to June 2022. Prior to that, Emma worked at Saks Fifth Avenue as a Senior Group Director for Employee Relations and HR Compliance, as well as Group Director of People & Organization - Corporate. Additionally, Emma held the role of Human Resources Manager at NET-A-PORTER and progressed through various positions at Goldman Sachs, including Senior Analyst and Analyst in Human Capital Management. Emma's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Strathclyde Business School.
