Fei Sun is an experienced user experience designer with a strong background in creating engaging designs and conducting design research. Currently serving as a User Experience Designer at 香奈儿 since March 2022, Fei previously held positions at Acoustic as a Senior UX Designer & Design Researcher from June 2020 to July 2021 and at IBM from October 2012 to May 2020 in similar roles focused on Watson Customer Engagement. Earlier experience includes internships at IBM and Intel Corporation in user experience design. Fei holds a master's degree in Visual Communication Design and a bachelor's degree in the same field from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts.
