Hester Decouz is the Head of Corporate Communications at CHANEL, bringing over twenty years of experience in corporate communications across luxury and retail sectors. They previously held key positions at Octopus Investments, Capgemini, and MSLGROUP, where they managed multi-channel thought leadership campaigns and executed high-profile media strategies. Hester earned a Master’s degree in International Communication Strategy from Université de Bourgogne and holds a MA Hons in History from The University of Edinburgh. Throughout their career, they have successfully led communication initiatives that engage diverse audiences and enhance corporate reputations.
