Jilei Ma is an Ambassadrice Ventes d’Exception Joaillerie et Horlogerie at CHANEL, a role they have held since 2017. Prior to this, Jilei worked as a Vendeuse Haute Joaillerie and a Vendeuse Joaillerie Horloger at the same company. They also gained experience as a Concierge at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from 2010 to 2012, and at Marriott Hotels from 2005 to 2010, where they demonstrated expertise in client relations and event coordination. Jilei holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and a Certificat d’Etudes Supérieures in Client Relations and Concierge Management from Institut Conciergerie International Paris.
