Jonathan Trainor

Jonathan Trainor serves as the Director of Operations for Fine Jewelry and Watches at The RealReal since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading authentication operations, quality control, and training programs, while managing a team of 12 Senior Managers and over 200 associates across multiple locations. Previously, Jonathan was the South East Regional Operations Manager for Christian Dior Couture, overseeing operations for 10 boutiques and P&L performance. Other roles include Group Director of Operations at CHANEL, General Manager/Store Training Manager at Theory, General Manager at Gucci, and various positions at Louis Vuitton. Jonathan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
