Julia Compère serves as the Omnichannel Client Experience Lead for Europe at CHANEL, overseeing the Watches and Fine Jewelry division since July 2022. Prior to this role, Julia held various positions at Van Cleef & Arpels as Global Senior Project Manager for Retail HQ and at Cartier in multiple roles, including Retail Operations Manager and Category Supervisor, where Julia was also a member of the junior Executive Committee in France. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Project Manager for Retail Operations in France at Jaeger-LeCoultre and earlier project management roles focused on marketing and clients. Julia began professional consulting at Dauphine Junior Consulting Paris. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Marketing & Stratégie from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Licence in Economie Finance from Université catholique de Lille, alongside a notable exchange year at Université de Montréal.
