Kate Williams is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership development and consulting. Currently serving as Global Leadership Development Senior Lead at CHANEL since November 2023, Kate has held various significant roles including Director at Curio Coaching & Consulting Services and Global Leadership Development Lead at Mars. Previous positions also include management consulting at PwC UK and PwC Australia, where Kate developed expertise in people and organization management over several years. With a solid academic foundation, Kate holds a BA (Hons) in History with French from the University of Sussex and has also studied at the University of Strasbourg.
