Léa Clément is currently a first-year Master's student in Human Resources Management, specializing in Labor Relations at CIFFOP, Paris Panthéon Assas. They have accumulated diverse experience in human resources roles, including positions at SNCF Voyageurs and CHANEL, and have demonstrated organizational skills as Treasurer for the humanitarian association Mad'Amiko. Previously, Léa gained practical insights through various internships and jobs in childcare and administration. With a goal of ultimately becoming an HR Manager, they are eager to integrate into a human resources department to build on their professional skills.
