Mabel McLean serves as the Head of Digital for New Concepts and Group Director of Digital Experience & Analytics on the Retail Innovation team at CHANEL since October 2018, focusing on digital and analytics initiatives related to a new retail concept for Fragrance & Beauty. Mabel also owns March Hare Watches, founded after a personal loss, aiming to create unique timepieces. Previous experience includes leadership roles at L2 Inc. as Group Director in Beauty, various strategic positions, and early career roles in financial analysis, marketing consulting, and research assistance. Mabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Economics from Columbia University and Barnard College.
