Mathilde WATEL is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Watch and Fine Jewelry at CHANEL since September 2013. WATEL has held various roles within CHANEL, including IT and e-business HR Manager and Fashion Retail Dept. Stores HR Manager, where responsibilities included supporting management in staff management and reorganization, implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and overseeing HR processes such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
