Neil Gardner

Neil Gardner currently serves as the Head of Group Reward at CHANEL, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Neil held various roles at HSBC from July 2014 to September 2023, including Head of Performance and Reward for Global Functions and Senior Manager for Performance and Reward in both Global Banking & Markets and the Global Private Bank. Prior to HSBC, Neil was the Head of EMEA Reward & HR Infrastructure at BlackRock from October 2011 to June 2014 and held the position of Head of EMEA Compensation, Employee Tax, and Global Mobility at Morgan Stanley from July 2006 to October 2011. Neil's experience includes managing rewards, mobility, and employee tax planning functions for EMEA and Latin America, along with leading regulatory submissions and compensation structure designs. Neil holds a CPE in Law from the College of Law, York, and a degree from the University of York.
