Phil Rushton

Phil Rushton is currently the Head of National Accounts at CHANEL, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Phil gained extensive experience in various roles, including Sales Manager at Beatties Department Store Group and Retail Operations Manager at Jo Malone London. Phil also served as a Promotions Manager and National Account Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. between 2006 and 2018. They studied Political Science and Government at Staffordshire University from 1998 to 2000 and attended several other educational institutions prior to that.
