Philippa Bailey is the Managing Counsel for Intellectual Property at CHANEL, where they specialize in strategy, multi-territory disputes, and enforcing intellectual property rights. Previously, Philippa worked at Clarke Willmott as a Trade Mark Attorney and Design Attorney, advising on a wide range of trade mark filing and prosecution matters. Philippa holds degrees in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London and Trade Mark Law & Practice from The Nottingham Trent University.
