Shan Lin is the Head of Brand Protection for Asia Pacific at Chanel, where they oversee brand protection efforts. Previously, Shan served as Managing Counsel for Brand Protection at Chanel and held the position of Senior Counsel for the brand in the same region. Earlier in their career, Shan worked as an Associate at Deacons, specializing in intellectual property protection and enforcement with a focus on China. Currently, Shan is pursuing a Master of Laws with a major in Chinese Law at The University of Hong Kong, having also embarked on a Conjoint Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Auckland.
